Yick Cheong establishes its own sun-drying grounds to produce finely textured, fragrant shrimp paste. This Shrimp paste has a strong seafood aroma.

Freshly caught shrimp fry from local fishermen are processed immediately—ground into a paste, then sun-dried and fermented with sea salt to develop its rich flavour.

How to use: Great for steamed pork, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, marinated chicken wings, and more.
