Lee Cheung Woo started his business in 1938 and initially crafted sticky rice and glutinous rice in Yuen Long, and successfully occupied an important position in the market for its high quality. In the 90s, Lee decided to move the production line to Thailand. Unfortunately, the brand discontinued temporarily in 2009 due to lack of descendants to take over. Until the following year, Shun Fat Ma Kee acquired the brand from Lee, and re-launched it according to their traditional flour production formula, continuing the brand.
