Loofah Braised in Fish Broth with Clams and Dried Shrimp

Ingredients:

75g dried clams
-
40g dried shrimp
-
1 loofah (sponge gourd)

1 tsp sole fish powder
Instructions:

Rinse the dried clams and dried shrimp to remove any impurities. Soak in water for 10–15 minutes until slightly softened.

Peel and cut the loofah into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté a few slices of ginger until fragrant.

Add the dried shrimp and stir-fry briefly, then add the clams and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add sole fish powder and the cut loofah.

Season with a pinch of salt.

Add water, cover with a lid, and let simmer for 5–6 minutes. Ready to serve!
