One of Tai Ma's most beloved products, this Spicy Sauce is built on Sichuan green peppercorn and Dahongpao peppercorn, slow-cooked with a complex blend of spices.
The heat arrives first, followed by a creeping, building numbness that lingers on the lips long after each bite. A must-have for hotpot as a dipping sauce, a chicken pot base, or mixed with noodles.
For use as a soup base, one full jar is recommended.
