味道：豉味較鮮，質感較頭抽薄，鹹度比頭抽低。
用途：主要用於點蘸食材，如海鮮：魚、蝦、蟹、象拔蚌、牛肉等等，非常能夠帶出食材的鮮味。
雙黃生抽曬的時間長，會曬14至18個月。鹽分會結晶沉底，豉油的鹽分就會較少，不會太鹹，而且較鮮味，豆香比頭抽淡，但比頭抽先。
