Incredibly versatile:  enjoy it straight from the jar as a dipping sauce for fish balls, rice noodles, and noodles, or use it as a flavourful base for beef brisket noodle soup, braised potato and chicken wings, tofu puffs, or pork skin with radish and fish balls. Simply dilute 1 part paste with 2~3 parts water for a rich soup base or sauce.
