Stir-Fried Broccoli with Squid in Cooked Shrimp Sauce
If you find traditional shrimp paste too pungent, Yick Cheong’s Signature Cooked Shrimp Paste is a game-changer. It’s ready-to-eat and crafted for modern kitchens.
By simmering traditional paste with dried shrimp and shallots, we’ve created a mellow, savory blend that lacks the overwhelming aroma of raw versions. No more lingering smells in the kitchen—just deep umami flavour.
