Stir-Fried Broccoli with Squid in House Special Shrimp Paste Sauce

When people hear “shrimp paste,” many may hesitate because of its strong aroma, especially during cooking. But with Yick Cheong’s Signature Cooked Shrimp Paste, there’s no need to worry — it’s ready to use and perfect for everyday dishes!

Our cooked shrimp paste is made by simmering traditional fermented shrimp paste with dried shrimp, shallots, and other aromatics. The result is a more balanced, mellow flavour that’s less pungent than traditional versions. It’s not only great for stir-fries — it’s also delicious mixed with rice, noodles, or vegetables!
