Tai Ma Aged Lemon 340g

A Hong Kong-made aged lemon, salt-cured for five years to develop a deeply concentrated flavour — intensely salty, pleasantly tart, and rich with lemon fragrance. Simply steep a small slice in hot water for a warming, soothing drink. The longer the cure, the more complex the flavour.

How to Use
Slice a small piece and steep in hot water. Adjust the amount of water to taste — less water for a stronger, more intense flavour. Hot water is recommended for best results.
