Made with premium Canadian wheat flour and eggs, with no added salt. The dough is carefully hand-processed and formed into noodle cakes. Each noodle cake is first steamed, then baked, resulting in a rich, aromatic egg fragrance and a satisfying texture.

These egg noodles are full of deep egg flavour and are ideal for stir-fried noodles or soup noodles. Suitable for vegetarians, elderly consumers, and children, this is a versatile pantry staple for everyday cooking.

Made in Hong Kong 

Place the noodle cake into boiling water and cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until the noodles have loosened and separated. Drain and serve immediately.
