Made from premium Canadian flour, hand-crafted and infused with a concentrated shrimp roe broth and premium shrimp roe. Each noodle cake is carefully shaped by hand, steamed, then slow-baked — a process that allows the noodle to fully absorb the rich shrimp roe broth, locking in the depth of the sea. When cooked, that concentrated flavour releases into the water, forming a naturally sweet, flavourful broth with no seasoning packet required.
How to Use: Stovetop: simmer in 400ml boiling water for 2 minutes, pour into bowl with the broth. Microwave: place noodle in bowl, add 400ml boiling water to cover, microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.
